The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking to fund 8 organizations to provide HIV prevention, HIV treatment engagement, or adherence services in FY 2017. Funding available for FY 2017 for the Illinois Quality of Life Fund is expected to equal $600,000. However, actual grant awards will be based on funding availability and appropriation.
