The Winnebago County Health Department (WDHP) and the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) invite you to join us from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on October 8, 2019 at Klehm Arboretum, 2715 S. Main Street, Rockford, IL 61102 for the Region 1 HIV Community Engagement Meeting!
The community engagement meeting is open to consumers, HIV/STD providers, Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) members, social service agencies, and other community members.
The community engagement meeting will include a presentation about HIV rates and services in Northern Illinois area (Region 1) and also an interactive discussion on the needs for HIV care and prevention services in the Northern Illinois area (Region 1).
