You are invited to a FREE CME (2 credits) event to participate in comprehensive training about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)—a once-a-day pill taken to prevent HIV contractions in high-risk individuals.

Target audience: Primary care providers (MD, DO, APN, PA) specializing in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, pediatric medicine, and obstetrics/gynecology medicine. 

You may register for a session on either Oct. 8 or 9

BREAKOUT SESSIONS 
Managing Patients on PrEP: Discuss CDC guidelines and learn about the screening and monitoring that are involved in the PrEP regimen.
Assessing Sexual Health: Learn about the 5Ps and how to effectively incorporate them into primary practice.
Increasing Access to PrEP: Discuss barriers to PrEP implementation and discover local, state, and national resources to make PrEP implementation a feasible addition to primary practice.
