Now more than ever, people living with and vulnerable to HIV have a lot on their plates. As we all know, navigating health care can be pure drudgery, a full time job on its own. Yes, it often sucks. But connecting to services doesn’t need to be less desirable than a root canal. Chicago’s HIV Resource Coordination Hub is our city’s one-stop-shop to help change that reality. Join staff from Center on Halsted and AIDS Foundation Chicago to learn more about the Hub and the services it provides to help folks live their best lives and thrive, regardless of HIV status.
