We would like to announce and invite you to participate in the upcoming Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) webinar meeting on Tuesday, December 4th, scheduled from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
As a reminder, registration is required prior to the meeting. The Registration Link for the meeting is:https://www.regonline.com/december42018ihipcmeeting. Once you have clicked on the link, please hit the “Register Now” button in the upper right hand corner to begin.
After you register for the webinar meeting, you will receive an email confirmation notice with instructions for logging into the webinar. Meeting documents and materials, including the presentation slides, will be posted closer to the meeting date. When available, the documents can be accessed directly at the registration website.
Your confirmation email will also include access to the online IHIPC Public Comment Card. Should you wish to make a Public Comment relevant to HIV planning during the designated time on the meeting agenda, please complete the card in its entirety as soon as possible.
We are now using WebEx for IHIPC meetings. Here are a few other important instructions about the webinar connection itself:
- The meeting link and password will be included on your email confirmation notice after registering, so please save that to your calendar.
- Audio connection information will be available once you have entered the meeting through the meeting link. It is recommended that all participants join the webinar audio via telephone. It is also preferable that you use a land line phone (less interference and better connection) rather than a mobile phone for your audio connection.
- Important Note: Once you have joined the webinar online, you may select that Webex calls your telephone to establish connection through the “Call me” feature (This feature is for direct numbers only; it is not compatible with extensions). You may also choose the “I will call in” feature to establish connection.
- You will also have the ability to type in a comment or question via the “Q&A” feature during the webinar, but we still prefer to actually hear your voices, when able. That helps to stimulate meaningful discussion. J
All of these details and more will be explained further at the start of the webinar. Should you have any problems with registration or joining the webinar, please contact marleigh.andrews-conrad@illinois.gov .
Thank you!
