The Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) invites all community stakeholders to participate in its upcoming webinar meeting on Thursday, December 9th. Input from all people impacted by HIV is meaningful and needed in the planning process, so we hope you are able to attend. Please feel free to send this invitation to others as you see fit.
Registration is required prior to the meeting at the following link: IHIPC December 9 Registration. Once you have registered, you will receive a calendar appointment for the meeting.
Additional meeting documents, including the presentation slides, will become available closer to the meeting date and can be accessed at the registration site. You can access them by entering the meeting password “IHIPC2021” on the registration page.
As we did at our October meeting, we will have a meeting “debrief” from 12-1 pm for anyone who would like to attend. The purpose of the debrief is to engage client representatives, peers, community members, and anyone who is interested in informal discussions about the meeting content and how it applies specifically to wellness of clients. All are welcome to attend! Thank you to the Client Representative Workgroup for hosting this activity.
If you wish to make a Public Comment relevant to HIV planning during the designated time on the meeting agenda, please complete the online Public Comment card as soon as you are able.
