The Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) invites you to participate in its upcoming webinar meeting on Thursday, April 18, scheduled from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
As a reminder, registration is required prior to the meeting at https://www.regonline.com/April182019ihipcmeeting. Additional meeting documents, including the presentation slides, will become available closer to the meeting date and can be accessed directly at the registration link.
After you register for the webinar meeting, you will receive an email confirmation notice with instructions for logging into the webinar. Your confirmation email will also include access to the online IHIPC Public Comment Card. Should you wish to make a Public Comment relevant to HIV planning during the designated time on the meeting agenda, please complete the card in its entirety as soon as possible.
We are using WebEx for IHIPC meetings. Feel free to view the IHIPC WebEx Tutorial prior to the meeting if you are new to the platform or would like a refresher.
