The Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) would like to announce and invite you to participate in its upcoming two-day, in-person meeting held on Monday, October 21st and Tuesday, October 22nd. Please note the meeting schedule below:
Day 1: Monday, October 21st :
- 11:00 am - 4:30 pm: IHIPC Full Body Meeting/ Webinar
- 4:30 - 5pm: In-person break with refreshments
- 5 - 6pm: In-person IHIPC Committee Meetings
Day 2: Tuesday, October 22nd :
– 8:30am -1:30pm – IHIPC Full Body Meeting/ Webinar
For those who plan to participate in-person, the meetings will be held at Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation (MCLI): 228 West Miller Street, Springfield IL, 62702. Participants are also able to join the meeting remotely by webinar.
Registration for both in-person and webinar meeting participation is required and is now open to all community stakeholders.
