The Illinois HIV Integrated Planning Council (IHIPC) will have a two-day, in-person meeting held on Thursday, June 27th and Friday, June 28th.
Day 1: Thursday, June 27th :
-11am-4:30pm: IHIPC Full Body Meeting/ Webinar
Day 2: Friday, June 28th :
– 8:30am-9:15am -IHIPC Committee Breakout Meetings
– 9:15am-1:30pm – IHIPC Full Body Meeting/ Webinar: In-person guests that are not committee members and all webinar participants are encouraged to join the meeting at 9:15 am.
The meetings will be held at Memorial Center for Learning and Innovation (MCLI): 228 West Miller Street, Springfield IL, 62702. Participants can also join the meeting remotely by webinar.
Registration for both in-person and webinar meeting participation is required and is now open. Community stakeholders and guests can visit http://ow.ly/mKIb50urk1Q to register. IHIPC members, IDPH Staff, and Prevention and Care lead agents should not register online but should submit the meeting confirmation form. After registering, detailed meeting participation information will be sent by confirmation email.
