WHERE:  Unity Point Methodist Hospital, Morron Room, 221 N.E. Glen Oak Ave., Peoria, IL.  Please ask the Information Desk for directions to the Morron Room.  Parking is free for training attendees.  Please park in Parking Deck A at the corner of Hamilton Boulevard and Glen Oak Avenue.  Please enter the parking deck from Hamilton Boulevard.  The parking deck is connected by a skywalk to the hospital’s main entrance.  Free valet parking is also available at the hospital’s main entrance on Hamilton Boulevard.   

TIME:  9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

PURPOSE:  With disproportionate HIV rates among young African-American and Latino men who have sex with men (MSM), this class will assist attendees in implementing HIV prevention social media efforts to reach these populations. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring tablets, laptops, and/or smart phones to this training.  Free Wi-Fi access will be available for training activities. 

NO COST:  This training is provided by the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA), through funding from the Illinois Department of Public Health Center for Minority Health Services, and there is no registration cost. 

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
