YOU are invited to: Desire Driven Science – HIV Prevention Research, Pleasure and Equity — AFC’s first virtual conference. It will be held over two half-days on Aug 27 and 28, in partnership with MATEC. See attached flier for more info on timings for each day and to check out our amazing speakers. And please feel free to share with your colleagues and communities. The purpose of this conference is to educate the HIV workforce in Illinois on the HIV prevention research pipeline in terms of new drugs and modalities. The webinar will also introduce participants to research around multi-purpose technologies that can prevent HIV, unwanted pregnancy and viral STIs.
