The training package for CHTC (also known as Testing Together) includes a 2-hour e-learning session, a 2-day didactic training, and follow-up support for implementation. The CHTC training reviews essential couple communication skills, provides detail on the Testing Together protocol, and ultimately equips HIV testing providers to deliver Testing Together with couples. Job aids are provided to trainees, along with useful tools and sample documents to support implementation.

This training is intended for persons who conduct HIV testing or their supervisors. We recommend that participants 1) have been trained and certified in individual HIV testing and counseling in their jurisdiction; and 2) have provided individual testing for at least 6 months or to at least 50 clients.

Participants will be required to take a 2-hour CHTC e-learning course before attending the training. Details on accessing the e-learning course will be shared with accepted participants.
