May 8, 2019 — A Draft 2019 Consolidated Plan-ANNUAL Action Plan includes projected funding for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program. There will be a public hearing about the plan on May 30 and comments can be submitted until June 5 to the Illinois Housing Authority. Another public hearing about the Draft State Annual Performance Report, which includes information about HOPWA, will be held on May 22 and comments can be submitted about this report until May 28, as well.
