The Institute for Sexual and Gender Minority Health and Wellbeing at Northwestern University is excited to announce the RADAR LGBTQ+ Engagement, Advocacy, and Discovery (LEAD) Internship Program! We strongly encourage young people living with #HIV to apply!

RADAR LEAD is a seven-month paid internship that invests in Chicago’s 16–18-year-old Black Same Gender Loving Men, Non-Binary People, and Transgender Women by training them to recruit Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to become RADAR study participants, educating them about Queer sexual health, and mentoring them in developing their professional skills. The internship will work a hybrid schedule (in-person and virtual meetings/outreach) and be paid $16.50 hourly.

Applications are due by Sunday, February 18, 2024. All eligible youth can use the link below to apply.

Please spread the news about this program to youth in your networks through emails, Instagram posts, or other means of communication! We are so excited to work with and learn from youth in this community.
