Feb. 25, 2019 — The Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) sent $25 Amazon gift cards to 20 winners of a drawing for those who took the “Good Health is More Than Health Care” Quiz.
The gift cards were emailed to the winners of the drawing. Not all of the cards have been accepted by the winners yet. If you took the quiz, check to see if you received an email from the Illinois Public Health Association about a Amazon gift card. If you did, click on the email and follow the instructions to claim your prize.
Thanks to all who took the “Good Health is More Than Health Care” Quiz. Illinois HIV Care Connect and IPHA hope the quiz was useful in increasing your understanding of social determinants of health and why managing them is an important aspect of staying healthy.
