This course was designed for program managers who are new to HIV counseling and testing and rapid HIV testing (CTR). The goal of this training is to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully assess, plan, implement and monitor a CTR program at your agency. It is not necessary to be a “new” program manager to benefit from this course; experienced program managers may also benefit from the opportunity to re-examine their program and decide if change is warranted.
