Illinois HIV Care Connect can help you find a doctor who you can see regularly to help manage your HIV. Your medical case manager will help you apply for Medicaid, Medicare or other insurance programs you qualify for.
Depending on your income level, you may qualify for the ADAP Medication Assistance Program (MAP) or the CHIC Premium Assistance Program (PAP). These programs help pay for HIV medications or health insurance coverage.
