The Illinois Department of Public Health’s HIV/AIDS Section is dedicated to providing quality educational programs to providers, case managers, and other IDPH HIV/AIDS-funded agencies, as well as to providing technical assistance and training that meet a wide range of objectives, thereby enhancing knowledge and skills in the areas of HIV/AIDS.
There is no registration fee for training courses offered by IDPH. Agencies funded by the IDPH HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases Sections are given priority in registering for courses.
Registration links for all of these trainings will be e-mailed out to providers by the HIV prevention lead agents as the trainings draw near. Please feel free to contact your IPHA HIV prevention lead agent with any questions regarding this training schedule or the IDPH 2019 HIV prevention trainings in general. Your region’s prevention lead agent can be found by looking under the Illinois HIV Care Connect regional information.
