primas<\/strong><\/span><b class=\"\"><span class=\"\">\u00a0Inscripciones es:\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">Noviembre 1 al 18 de Diciembre, 2020.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0El Departamento de Salud P\u00fablica de Illinois ofrece un programa de pago de primas de seguro m\u00e9dico para asistir a las personas con VIH\/SIDA que hayan un plan del mercado de seguros m\u00e9dicos de Illinois, Medicare Parte D, un plan suplementario de Medicare u otro plan comercial de seguro m\u00e9dico grupal. El programa de asistencia con primas ayuda a cubrir los costos de un plan individual o familiar, y a incluir al c\u00f3nyuge y a los hijos en un plan de seguro m\u00e9dico familiar.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>IDPH anuncia ampliaci\u00f3n de los programas ADAP MAP y PAP e informaci\u00f3n para nuevas solicitudes<\/strong><\/p><p>Los clientes del programa ADAP de asistencia con medicamentos (MAP) o del programa de asistencia con primas (PAP) que deban presentar una nueva solicitud para estos programas en <strong>enero de 2021<\/strong> obtendr\u00e1n una ampliaci\u00f3n de seis meses debido a la crisis del COVID-19, seg\u00fan anunci\u00f3 el Departamento de Salud P\u00fablica de Illinois (IDPH, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Los clientes que obtengan la ampliaci\u00f3n de seis meses en enero de 2021 recibir\u00e1n <a href=\"https:\/\/hivcareconnect.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/COVID-extension-letter-Jan-21-es.pdf\">esta carta<\/a> del IDPH.<\/p><p>Los clientes que vayan a presentar una nueva solicitud a partir de febrero de 2021 deber\u00e1n planear efectuar una evaluaci\u00f3n de elegibilidad completa despu\u00e9s del 1 de enero de 2021.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es elegible para el programa de asistencia con primas?<\/strong><\/p><p>La persona deber\u00e1 cumplir con cada uno de estos requisitos:<\/p><ul><li>Haber sido diagnosticada con VIH o SIDA, y facilitar los resultados de la carga viral realizadas no m\u00e1s de 6 meses antes de la inscripci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Residir en Illinois en la actualidad y contar con una direcci\u00f3n legal (domicilio) en Illinois.<\/li><li>Tener un plan del mercado de seguros m\u00e9dicos de Illinois, Medicare Parte D, un plan suplementario de Medicare u otro seguro m\u00e9dico que no se deduzca de la n\u00f3mina.<\/li><li>Tener un ingreso que no supere el actual monto m\u00e1ximo estipulado por el programa de asistencia con primas. <a href=\"https:\/\/iladap.providecm.net\/Content\/docs\/FederalPovertyGuidlines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visite esta p\u00e1gina web para consultar las actuales pautas de ingreso y nivel federal de pobreza estipuladas por el programa.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><a title=\"Valla digital de la campa\u00f1a de CDC.
